Q: I have an Android device, will the app be available?

Yes! While we understand a huge majority of our users are on iOS devices, we didn't forget about our Android community! However, since this is a brand-new app, Google is delaying our app review/approval (they're much, much slower than Apple). It should be any day now, but if you prefer not to wait, hit reply and we'll send you a direct app download link that will allow you to install the app from our site, not through the Play Store.

Q: Is there a coupon code or are discounts automatic?

All discounts are already applied on the site , no coupon codes needed!

Q: Do I have to LOG IN or CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT for the new app?

The new app is a brand-new platform so, on checkout, always CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. Please use the same email as you used on the old app (if you can) because that will make it easier for us to migrate your old purchases.

Q: Will my old program purchases get migrated over?

Yes! All of your program purchases are lifetime. While we may change the platform that serves them, your access will never get removed. It might take a few days from your new purchase to have your old programs migrated over. Bear with us, it's a tedious process!

Q: Is the old app retiring immediately?

Nope, we will leave the "old" app alive for plenty of time to have everyone finish their currently started programs, grab all info and notes they need + some extra time to make sure the cutoff is smooth and stress-free. Both apps will exist at the same time.

Q: What do I do on my off days?

Recover, move, and live your life. A walk or some light activity is great. The program is designed so you don't have to give your life over to the gym.

Q: Is it okay to reduce the rest periods if I feel ready?

The rest times are a guideline, not a rule. As a beginner I'd encourage you to take the rest you need so each set is good quality, but a little less is fine if you feel recovered.
