This program is called ‘Trilogy’ for a reason—it’s the third and final part in this series, building on the foundation laid by the Starter Pack and The Sequel.
First and foremost, Trilogy is meant to be done after completing both the 6-Week Starter Pack and The Sequel. Think of it as the grand finale to the journey you’ve been on. Skipping ahead to this program without doing the previous two would be like watching the final movie of a trilogy without seeing the first two. The groundwork set in the earlier programs is essential to fully benefit from Trilogy.
The Trilogy program continues to build upon everything you’ve learned in the Starter Pack and The Sequel, adding more complexity, new exercises, and progressions designed to push you even further. If you haven’t done the first two programs, I recommend starting there to build a solid foundation before jumping into Trilogy.
I promise you’ll get much more out of Trilogy after going through the first two programs, rather than jumping straight into this one. Each part builds upon the last to provide a seamless transition into more advanced workouts.
Like the previous programs, Trilogy is a 6-week program with two 3-week phases, progressing in a methodical way to help you achieve your goals. You’ll also get the same in-depth video tutorials for each exercise, giving you the guidance and instruction you need to succeed—just like training with me in person.
