Today I want to show you a little spin off of the single leg hip thrust that I’ve been using for the past few weeks and really liking: Alternating Single Leg Hip Thrusts. It’s the same as a single leg hip thrust only you alternate legs each rep. Like this. Hey y’all! Happy June. I did my best to kick off summer yesterday by getting a brutal sunburn on my shoulders. Doh! Lesson learned, sort of.
