Random thoughts time: some fitness-related, some not. Bear with me. 1. Knee Update Unfortunately, the news isn’t so good on this front. It’s not terrible, but this week has definitely been a step back from the previous 2-3 weeks. What We Can All Learn From My Grandmother

Random Thoughts

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve made a Random Thoughts post, so here is goes. 1. Training Update My knee continues to get better, but I’m still nowhere near 100%. That being said, it’s good enough to where I can train somewhat normally, so I’m back into a routine rather than just doing a boatload of chin-ups like I did for the entire month of January. Since I can’t train as hard as I normally do, I’ve been experimenting with full body workouts as opposed to following an upper/lower split like I normally do. So far, I’m loving it. [...]
