A Few Brief (But Important) Words on Progress

I hope everyone had a nice Labor Day. Mine was, well, ok. I took the “labor” part literally. I had taken the last week off from lifting (I like to do that from time to time, but that’s another post in itself) so I made sure to get back into the gym today.
