Midweek Check-In and Training Update (with Video)

This has been a particularly busy week for me with work so I haven’t had a whole time of time for writing, but I did want to take a quick minute to check in. As I mentioned last week, I completed an eight week training cycle two weeks ago that ended in me reaching most of the goals I had set for myself.
