New ‘Bruno Strong’ and ‘Bruno’s Bitches’ Shirts For Sale!

Posted on by Ben Bruno

Six months ago I made up a small batch of shirts for my clients with the simple phrase ‘Bruno Strong’ on the front. As my friends and clients know, I’m a simple guy, and the shirt fit my personality. It’s a great gym shirt, but I got a very high-quality cut that also makes it a cool shirt to wear while you’re out and about or hanging out at your house.

More recently I printed up an even smaller batch of shirts for my female clients that reads ‘Bruno’s Bitches’ just as a joke. They’ve been a big hit with my female clients. And their dogs.

Here’s Chelsea Handler chilling with her dog Chunk.

And here’s a video of Kate Upton crushing some landmine deadlifts while her dog Harley looks on in a matching shirt.

The shirts were originally just for my clients, but I’ve received a lot of inquires from people wanting to get them, so I’ve decided to make them available to the public.

To say I’m not computer savvy is a gross understatement, so I’m looking into help creating an online store so I can sell them more easily, but in the meantime, if you’d like one (or both) of the shirts, drop me a message via the contact page above (or click here) with “Shirt” as the subject with the following info:

-Name
– Shipping Address
– What shirt(s) you want: i.e. Bruno Strong and/or Bruno’s Bitches
– Shirt size (XS-XL)

I’ll get back to you with my PayPal info and then get the shirt shipped out ASAP. The cost is $40 plus shipping cost.

Hi Ben. I really like the mechanical drop sets, you’ve been sharing lately. I was wondering if you have a mechanical drop set variation, for the sideboard reverse lunge?

Hey Ben, is there any need for overhead pressing in a program? What I mean is that the anterior delt gets hammered pretty hard during horizontal pressing and sense overhead pressing primarily uses the anterior delt would it make more sense to dedicate our total volume for shoulders to lateral and rear delt work rather than overkill the front delt with both horizontal pressing and overhead pressing. It seems like the volume taken up by overhead pressing would be better used for lateral raises and rear delt Flys.
