Hey all! I promise I haven’t vanished off the face of the earth. I’ve just been super busy at work the past couple weeks and haven’t had time to blog.
A few days ago though I had a new article published a few days ago on Bodybuilding.com called Power Pairings.
It shares exercise pairings that work well together logistically to allow you to get a great workout in a hurry for those times when life is busy and you’re short on time. It’s all just practical stuff that’ll allow you to get a good workout quickly without hogging a whole bunch of equipment or having to set up a bunch of different exercises.
