Good Reads For the Week:11/11/2012

Posted on by Ben Bruno

Time for another good reads!

Here’s a blog post you may have missed yesterday.

The Swole Quotient

After making that post I’ve had a few requests to create a formula to determine your Swole Quotient, so I may try to figure something out in the coming week. I also need to think of the female equivalent. I’m open to any ideas too…

Anyway, I also had a new article come out on T-Nation.

No To Squat and Barbell Rows?

And now for the best of the rest. Enjoy!

Also, I’m considering doing another Good Videos post sometime soon. I stopped doing because the interest fizzled, but some of you have asked me to bring it back. Any interest?

Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

  • Jeremy Smith

Definitely an interest for the videos. I liked what you had going before. A wide variety of content ranging from training compilations, to new exercises and personal bests. Don’t have to put it out every week; bi weekly or whatever you can manage is cool!

  • Ines Subashka

I also loved the good videos! 🙂 So I’d be interested if you start sharing good videos again! 🙂

  • Ben Bruno

Good to know guys, thanks. If there is enough interest I’ll bring it back. It takes time to put together though so if there’s not much interest it’s not really worth it.
