Good Reads For the Week: 6/1/2012

Posted on by Ben Bruno

Hey y’all! Happy June. I did my best to kick off summer yesterday by getting a brutal sunburn on my shoulders. Doh! Lesson learned, sort of. I’m usually good for one a year early on before I learn my lesson.

Anywho, I normally post my weekly Good Reads on Saturday or Sunday, but I’m going to the Perform Better conference this weekend so I won’t be around. I don’t want to leave you hanging though, so I’ve compiled 15 good things for you to read over the weekend. I know 15 is quite a bit less than normal, but I think if you’re disappointed by that it’s a sign you’ve become spoiled. If anything, the list is more manageable to actually make it through.

Here are some posts you may have missed during the week.

Taking a Step Back

Sternum Plank Chin-ups

Good Reads (from last week, since I know you didn’t read them all)

I also had a new article go up on T-Nation yesterday called Glutes Gone Wild. I had fun with that one and I hope you enjoy it. I’d love to hear what you think below.

And here are some other great ones from around the fitness world. Enjoy!
